The woman behind it all
A Comfort native who spent her early childhood years in Boerne and 30 years in the food and beverage industry, Esmeralda brings deep Hill Country roots and a sense of service and community to her work as publisher of the Boernean, Boerne’s Magazine. Her father served as the butcher and pitmaster at Riverside Supermarket for over 40 years. Esmeralda is known for her caring approach and commitment to treating customers like neighbors. She is a proud mother of two, ages 17 and 26, and grandmother of one. She enjoys reading, time with family and being outdoors.
